Maintenance Department

Our maintenance department speaks for itself, the maintenance department is fully set up to undertake the responsibility of performance on any project regardless of the size. The Department has been in existence since the establishment of MTC and manages to keep improving it to the point of being recognized the Number One service company in Palestine, our 500 Square meters center is fully equipped to board level repair. Our resident local engineers are fully trained on all products that we market in Palestine. In addition to the set up we have connected all GE diagnostic equipment Via insight to the GE Worldwide trouble shooting centers in France. It have shown our customers the effectiveness of support, this can be demonstrated to any of our potential customers or principles on site.

Representation of world reputable manufactures

MTC has the representation and cooperation rights of more than 120 Medical equipment manufacturers and world wide suppliers on top of them Hitachi Medical Systems, Codonics, iCRCO, Matachana, Gima. MTC currently works with multiple customers world wide. We are expanding our programs to include other than the product lines stated and to cover more customer needs. Management Capabilities

Maher I. Bannourah -Chief Executive Officer (CEO):

Mr. Bannourah has Thirty Five years of executive experience in International business and in the Medical Fields. He is one of the founders of Advance Technology Company (ATC) in Kuwait and its first Commercial Director. He was instrumental in making ATC one of the top distributors of medical products and services in the Arabian Gulf Region. Mr. Bannourah also established a major Medical Maintenance Service Division that employed 36 engineers and was known for having 98% up-time rates on the equipment. Mr. Bannourah was also one of the founders of the Kuwait Medical Center. Because of his efforts, Mr. Bannourah was successful in significantly increasing the Market share of USA 40 fortune medical companies such as General Electric, Johnson & Johnson, 3M, Medical Couches, Corometrics, and ADEC International Dental.

Mr Bannourah received many awards for his medical transfer performance. His in-depth knowledge of trade in the Middle East has helped General Electric gain the largest share of the medical diagnostic imaging business in that region. In 1990, Mr. Bannourah was instrumental in procuring and shipping more than 23 million dollars of medical equipment from the United States to Kuwait as part of the Kuwait reconstruction effort. He is a graduate of George Washington University with a degree in Engineering. Fluent in Arabic, English, and speaks Spanish.

 

Munir Bannourah -V.P Sales Department:

Fourteen years of experience in international & domestic trade, also in USA ten years vice-president of TNC Corporation in Virginia, his motivation and persistence have lead him to manage a team of 28 employees. Recently moved with his wife and three children from the USA to lead the sales department of MTC.

His international trade experience will add a lot of value to MTC efforts in expanding its role in achieving its objectives in the newly established market, also fluent in English and Arabic.

 

ENG. Bishir Bannourah – Sales Manager:

He has a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Jordan; he worked as a chief engineer at Beit-Jala Hospital in Palestine from 1988 to 1999. Chief engineer at AL-Mouwasat Hospital in Dammam in KSA for six months . He has a post graduate diploma with distinction in the field of Medical electronics and Medical Equipment management from Medical College of St. Part’s Hospital, University of London in UK, in the year 1993/1994. He took many training courses in management & maintenance of X-Ray Machines & Medical Equipment. His long experience and great skills was of great contribution to the growth of MTC.

 

Eva Abu Saada -V.P Administration:

More than 10 years of experience in business product development, operation management, and strategic marketing. Eva has served for 3 years as liaison officer between the U.S.A schools and the new immigrant students in Virginia, and has in depth knowledge of Medical export and import. Her trilingual capabilities, English, French, and Arabic have given her the effectiveness of performance. She brings to MTC a wealth of experience in the field of computerized administration and management. Also, Eva has two years experience in International Health care Development (IHD).

 

Akram Abu Zuluf – Finance:

Graduated from Bethlehem University in 1994. Got his CBA (Certified Public Accountant) worked 5 years in an Audit firm. Remains in control of company accounts, bank statements, and payment terms. Married and speaks Arabic, and English.

 

Engineer Yacob Al-Sayeh: (X-Ray Cath Lab Service Engineer) Part Time:

Has five years experience in X-Ray R&F, and Cath Lab systems. Graduated from Yarmouk University Jordan in 1994 in the branch of Medical Electronics Engineering. In 1995, he worked at Philips Medical Systems as a service Engineer in the X-Ray R&F-systems and Ultrasound. Since 1999 he is working with MTC as a service engineer in X-Ray R&F, and Cath Lab Cardiac Vascular systems. He has run five courses in the installation and maintenance of X-Ray systems and Cath Lab Systems.

 

Engineer Hiatham Bannourah: Mri , CT ,Service Engineer:

Graduated from Beir Zeet University, Palestine in 1993, he has a Magisterial work on the Theme: “ Many – functional medical diagnostic devices, including X-ray machines and CT scanners.”

His enthusiasm makes him a good addition to MTC.

He will be heavily active in customer Training.

 

Mr. Mike Kharoufeh – Sales:

He has a BSc in Medical equipment Technology with honor, University of 6 Oct in Egypt.

 

Engineer Ali Shoeibat:

Graduated from AL Mosel University in Iraq, his specialty is Biomedical engineering, he will be active in customer service, he will be an excellent addition to our service department.

 

Engineer Ra’ad Shomali:

Computer engineer graduated from Jordan University of Science and Technology in Jordan with Honor, joined the MTC team to take care of PACS projects and computer networks carried out by MTC, and as a support for our service team in this field.

 

Engineer Wessam Younis:

Mechatronic Engineer graduated form Al-Azhar University – GAZA, Joined MTC to take care of installation and servicing our equipment in GAZA.
